Great central location, only a 10-15 minute walk from a large pedestrianized public square. the room was spacious and very clean. - Provided with essentials like shower gel.

Had a very pleasant stay for my business trip. I had perfect little and reasonably large room on the balcony. Everything was fine. The hotel's location was perfect, near to Malasana and Lavapiés, Huertas and museums, coffee shops and restaurants and tons of restaurants. Centro district was worth staying in.

All the staff was very good and polite and greeted us warmly. Just 5 minutes on foot to Sol underground, was a big plus...

Such a great stay for my business trip. Clean hotel in a very good building right by being able to easily walk to Puerto Sol. Exceptionally comfortable bed in a huge and tidy room. Very impressed with central heating, a work desk and a TV set available. Particularly good, amazing location very close to the city centre. Besides, easy access to Main Square.

The noise levels were quite high, especially one night when it was difficult to sleep due to thin walls. the room could have been better soundproofed to minimize disturbances from other guests.

The staff, especially Ely, were friendly and helpful, promptly addressing any issues we had. We would definitely stay here again.
